The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed LB Orie Lemon to their active roster on Wednesday, according to the NFL transactions release.
Lemon, 27, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in 2011. He spent close to two years with Dallas before joining the Chiefs and Cardinals in short stints.
The Buccaneers wound up signing him off of the Chiefs’ practice squad back in October of last year. He was on and off of the team’s practice squad before they cut him loose close to a month ago.
This season, Lemon has appeared in six games for the Buccaneers and recorded two tackles.
