Seahawks Re-Sign TE Chase Coffman

Rand Getlin of NFL Media reports that the Seahawks have re-signed TE Chase Coffmam to a contract on Tuesday.

Coffman, 28, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals. He lasted a little over three years in Cincinnati before he later caught on with Falcons in 2012.

Coffman spent two years with the Falcons before he signing on with the Titans as an unrestricted free agent. The Titans were flipping Coffman on and off of their active roster before waiving him in October.

The Seahawks signed him to a contract a few weeks ago before cutting him last week.

This season, Coffman has appeared in one game and caught four passes for 42 yards receiving and no touchdowns for the Titans.
