Broncos Also Worked Out RB Daniel Thomas & WR Denarius Moore

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Broncos worked out a number of free agents on Tuesday including RB Trent Richardson, RB Daniel Thomas, WR Denarius Moore, WR Greg Little and QB Ryan Lindley.

Thomas, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2011. He was never able to live up to expectations in Miami and after playing our his rookie contract, Thomas returned to the Dolphins on a one-year deal last year.

The Bears signed him to a one-year deal this past June, but he was unfortunately among their final roster cuts.

In 2014, Thomas appeared in 12 games and ran for 168 yards on 44 carries (3.8 YPC) to go along with 13 receptions for 121 yards receiving and two total touchdowns.

Moore, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Raiders back in 2011. He played out his rookie contract with the Raiders before signing a one-year deal with the Bengals during the offseason.

He was unfortunately among their final roster cuts, but later caught on with the Bills before being cut loose a few weeks ago.

This season, Moore has appeared in five games, totaling 70 kick return yards and 77 punt return yards.
