NFL Rumors: Bengals, Bills, Browns, Chargers, & Saints

Bengals

• Alex Marvez expects Bengals DC Vance Joseph to get pursued as defensive coordinator if Adam Gase, Doug Marrone, Hue Jackson or Tom Cable land a head-coaching job.
• Marvez adds that with Joseph’s contract expiring after this year, they won’t be able to block him from interviewing for jobs.

Bills

• Bills GM Doug Whaley said that re-signing OT Cordy Glenn and G Richie Incognito will be a “major point of emphasis” for them this offseason. (Joe Buscaglia)

Browns

• Dianna Marie Russini reports that the Browns have fired player-personnel executives Morocco Brown and Billy Kuharich on Monday.

Chargers

Jason Cole reports that the Chargers are holding out some hope of getting Ken Whisenhunt to return as offensive coordinator.

The Chargers have already fired Frank Reich, so the job is available. Whisenhunt had some success with the Chargers in the past, which led to him being hired as the Titans’ head coach.

Saints

• Alex Marvez mentions a scenario in which Doug Marrone could replace Sean Payton as the Saints head coach and bring Brian Schottenheimer with him to New Orleans.
