  • The Cincinnati Bengals announced that they’ve hired former Redskins DC Jim Haslett as their LBs coach.

Buccaneers

  • New Buccaneers HC Dirk Koetter confirmed that he will continue to be the team’s offensive play-caller.
  • Koetter said that majority of the Bucs’ offensive staff will be back next season.

Lions

  • Josh Katzenstein reports that the Lions have fired senior personnel executive Scott McEwen.

Packers

Steelers

  • The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out RB DeAngelo Williams for Sunday’s game against the Broncos.
  • Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger told reporters that he threw the ball briefly on Friday. (Jeremy Fowler)
  • HC Mike Tomlin confirmed that Roethlisberger practiced for first time this week “did a nice job.” (Gerry Dulac)
  • Tomlin said of RoethlisbergerI wanted to see as variety of throws, I wanted to see enough, no more. I thought it was as productive day.” (Gerry Dulac)
