On Thursday, the NFL Players Association released the amount of cap space carried over for from the 2015 season to 2016.
The CBA mandates that NFL teams spend 89% of the Salary Cap over the four-year period, and league-wide, teams are required to spend an average of 95% of the Salary Cap over the four-year period.
The Broncos, Rams and Saints are the only teams who elected not to carry over the full amount available to them.
