  • According to Jackson, there is some resistance to Florida CB Vernon Hargreaves among some of the Dolphins’ scouting and front office believe, who see him as an undersized and more of a nickelback.
  • Instead, Jackson says that Miami is more intrigued by Houston’s William Jackson and Ohio State’s Eli Apple.
  • Jacakson mentions that the Dolphins have done a lot of work on some defenders including Kevin Dodd, Shaq Lawson, Leonard Floyd, Reggie Ragland and Darron Lee.

Eagles

  • The Eagles will receive the Browns’ fourth-round compensatory they’re are expected to receive next year as part of their trade for the No. 2 overall pick.
  • However, if Cleveland doesn’t receive a compensatory pick, the Eagles would instead get the Browns’ fifth-rounder in 2017.

Vikings

  • Recently released TE Chase Ford tells Chris Tomasson that he’d be interested in returning to the Vikings if they want him: “I’m always going to love the Vikings I love the team the coaching staff.
