49ers FB Bruce Miller Arrested For Assaulting Two Individuals Including A 70-Year-Old Man

49ers FB Bruce Miller has been arrested for assault, according to KTVU.

According to the report, Miller tried to check into the Fisherman’s Wharf Marriott Hotel last night, but was told the hotel was full and had no vacancies.

The report says that Miller later returned Monday morning and began knocked on one of the guest room doors. After opening the door, the guest told Miller he had the wrong room, and Miller responded by attacking the individual.

Miller reportedly punched a 70-man-old man in the face, which led to the man sustaining broken bones. Both individuals were taken to the hospital with Miller leaving the scene, but later being apprehended and arrested.

The two men were later taken to the hospital, and Miller was later arrested after fleeing the scene.

The 49ers released the following statement regarding Miller’s arrest:

“The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the media report regarding Bruce Miller. We are gathering the relevant facts of this matter and will continue to monitor the situation.”

Miller, 29, is a former seventh-round pick of the 49ers back in 2011. He’s in the third year of his four-year, $6.831 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $1.25 million for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Miller appeared in all 16 games for the 49ers and ran for 14 yards on six carries to go along with 10 receptions for 135 yards receiving and one total touchdown.
