The San Francisco 49ers announced Sunday that TE Vance McDonald is done for the day after he sustained a hip injury during their game against the Seahawks.
McDonald, 26, is a former second-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $3.599 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $795,797 for the 2016 season.
Entering today’s game, McDonald had caught three passes for 89 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
