49ers Worked Out Four Offensive Linemen

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the 49ers brought in four offensive linemen for workouts on Wednesday including Mike Person, Oday Aboushi, Josh LeRibeus and Brian Schwenke.

Of this group, the 49ers elected to sign Person to a contract. (NFLTR)

Schwenke, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Titans back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, rookie deal before returning to the Titans on a one-year, $1.3 million contract last March.

Schwenke has been testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

In 2017, Schwenke appeared in all 16 games for the Titans, but was limited to playing just 147 total snaps.

Aboushi, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Jets back in 2013. He spent two years in New York before he was cut loose and later claimed of off waivers by the Texans a few weeks into the 2015 season.

Aboushi played out the final year of his four-year, $2.359 million rookie contract before signing a one-year, $975,000 deal with the Seahawks as a free agent last year. He’s once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2017, Aboushi appeared in eight games for the Seahawks and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 65 guard out of 77 qualifying players.
