Broncos Sign First-Round OT Garett Bolles

The Denver Broncos agreed to terms with first-round OT Garett Bolles on a four-year contract, according to Mike Klis.

According to OverTheCap.com, Bolles will receive a four-year contract worth $11,032,134, which includes a signing bonus of $6,163,368. The contract also has a fifth-year option for the team to consider in 2020.

Bolles, 24, was selected with the No. 20 overall pick by the Broncos in this year’s draft. Bolles wound up being the first offensive lineman to be drafted in the 2017 class and was nearly the only one to come off the board in round one.

The Broncos had to find some help at tackle and Bolles should have a good shot at starting for Denver right away.

During his final year at Utah, Bolles earned first-team All-Pac 12 honors after starting 13 games at left tackle. He only played one season at Utah after transferring from junior college.
