Packers Designate WR/KR Trevor Davis To Return From IR

The Green Bay Packers officially designated WR/KR Trevor Davis to return from injured reserve on Wednesday.

This officially opens a three-week window of time for the Packers to add him to their active roster or he would revert back to injured reserve.

Davis, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Packers back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.5 million contract and set to make base salaries of $630,000 and $720,000 over the first two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Davis appeared in all 16 games for the Packers and caught five passes for 70 yards. He totaled 707 kick return yards and 289 punt return yards for the Packers.
