Aaron Hernandez Is “Ready To Play” Against The Ravens

During last weekend win over the Denver Broncos, Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez suffered a concussion which left his status for the AFC Championship Game in doubt.

On Wednesday, Hernandez told reporters that he’s “ready to play” despite head coach Bill Belichick refusing to offer any details via ESPN Boston.

We’ll see how everyone is today,” said Belichick. “We’ll have to see how it goes. … The guys that are banged up are all working hard to get back out there.”

The Patriots should pass along some more specific information relating to Hernandez’s status for this weekends game later in the day but he’s definitely got a shot at playing.
