Aaron Rodgers Ready For Sunday?

Aaron Rodgers participated in the Packers practice on Thursday which seems like a positive sign for his week 6 status. The Packers didn’t hold any contact practice todays so Rodgers is still not considered to be nearing one-hundred percent.

In order to play on Sunday, Rodgers will have to be symptom-free and cleared by a team doctor as well as an independent neurological consultant before the NFL will allow him to play.

Last week Jay Cutler ended up missing the game despite early reports that he was feeling fine on Monday. Cutler never participated in a teams practice last week which means that Rodgers is in better shape than Cutler as of now. Whether he is cleared for Sunday or not remains a different story but it’s looking better for Green Bay.
