The Minnesota Vikings have finally given RB Adrian Peterson clearance to participate in full-contact practice for the first time since he injured his knee last season, via ESPN 1500 Twin Cities.
Peterson is expected to be active for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but head coach Leslie Frazier has already said that they plan to limit Peterson’s overall exposure during the game. Toby Gerhart figures to see plenty of work in Week 1.
