Bills

  • Bills HC Sean McDermott said Monday that free agent QB Derek Anderson visited the team but “nothing is final” with his potential signing. (Mike Rodak)
  • McDermott said of Anderson: “I think highly of Derek having been around him in Carolina and how he helped with Cam’s learning curve as well.” (Chris Brown)
  • When asked about the possibility of keeping three quarterbacks on their roster, McDermott said: “I’d like to keep three if we can keep three, if we get that far.” (Joe Buscaglia)

Dolphins

  • Barry Jackson reports that Dolphins S Reshad Jones is playing through a partially torn labrum.
  • The Dolphins have reportedly spoken to several teams about potential trades involving former first-round WR DeVante Parker. (NFLTR)

Jets

  • Jets HC Todd Bowles said Monday that he does not yet know whether DC Kacy Rodgers will take a leave of absence, but he expects to have  more clarity later this afternoon: “I’m hoping for the best.” (Manish Mehta)
  • Jets released S J.J. Wilcox. (NFLTR)
  • Jets activated CB Rashard Robinson from suspension.
