AFC Notes: Jaguars, Jets, Patriots

Jaguars

Jets

Veteran WR Quincy Enunwa said at a charity event he hosted Monday night that loves playing for the Jets and he “[doesn’t] see why I would want to go anywhere else.”

“I think being with the Jets is one thing that I’ve loved so far and I don’t see why I would want to go anywhere else,” Enunwa said, via NJ.com. “It’s what I’ve just grown to love.”

Patriots

Patriots OC Josh McDaniels was asked Monday about the head-coaching rumors that have been circulating in recent weeks.

I don’t really worry about the future, and honestly, each week is a tremendous challenge,” McDaniels said, per Zack Cox. “We try to stay in the moment and think about the task at hand. I didn’t do nearly well enough in my job when we went down to Miami last year.

“If that’s in the cards for me, that’s great. I’ve said that before. But I’m not worried about that right now.
