ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports that Alabama OT D.J. Fluker is “one of true rising players in draft.”
- Tony Pauline reports that Fluker is a “real possibility” for the Dolphins at No. 12 overall.
Fluker is already considered to be a first-round pick by many, but there has been some questions regarding whether or not he’s capable of playing offensive tackle at the next level. Some believe his lack of athleticism and overall size could force him to play guard instead.
With that being said, most have Fluker projected as a right tackle, which means he could be an option for teams like the Bears and Bengals towards the middle of round one.
We have Fluker listed as our No. 25 player in our recently updated 2013 Big Board.
