Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Chicago Bears have claimed TE Chris Pantale off of waivers from the Jets on Monday.
Pantale, 25, signed on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Boston College back in April of 2013. He was on and off of the team’s practice squad during his two years in New York before he was placed waivers last week.
In 2014, Pantale appeared in five games for the Jets and total 24 kick return yards, but no receptions.
