The Chicago Bears announced Monday that they’ve re-signed TE Zach Miller to a two-year deal.
- Ian Rapoport reports that Miller receives a two-year contract worth $6 million and includes another $2 million available in incentives.

The Rams actually brought him in for a visit in recent days, but it appears as though the Bears stepped up and managed to get this deal done in the end.
Miller, 31, is a former sixth-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2009. He signed a one-year, $660,000 contract with the Bears last year and played well in 2015 that he was in a good position to secure a sizable raise as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2015, Miller produced career highs across the board with 34 receptions for 439 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 15 games. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 6 tight end out of 73 qualifying players.
