Sean Jensen reports that WR Alshon Jeffery‘s surgery will be “minor,” and should only sideline him for 2-4 weeks.

Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that Bears WR Alshon Jeffery will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his knee and is out indefinitely.

Biggs adds that there’s a chance that he could be back before the end of the season, but the fact that there’s only 6 games remaining makes it hard to say for sure.

Jeffery previously missed 4 games after he broke his hand back in Week 4. The Bears have been dealing with injuries to key players throughout the year, but their offense their have to improve upon their most recent performance.
