Bears Sign Fourth-Round Pick RB Jeremy Langford

The Chicago Bears announced that they have signed fourth-round pick RB Jeremy Langford.

OverTheCap.com projects Langford’s four-year contract to be worth $2,823,624 and include a signing bonus of $543,624.

Langford was originally recruited to Michigan State as a defensive back before converting to running back during his Sophomore year. He became the school’s starting running back in 2013 and accumulated over 1,400 rushing yards in each year in this role.

In 2014, Langford ran for 1,522 rushing yards, averaged 5.5 yards-per-carry, and scored 22 rushing touchdowns. He also reeled in 11 receptions for 62 yards.
