The Chicago Bears announced Thursday that they’ve signed TE Bear Pascoe to a one-year contract.

Pascoe, 29, is a former sixth round pick of the 49ers back in 2009. He spent a number of year with the Giants before signing a one-year contract with the Falcons last year.
In 2014, Pascoe appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons, but recorded just two receptions for three yards and a touchdown. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 148 snaps last year to go along with a very respectable rating as a run-blocker.
