Boggs, 30, originally signed on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Humboldt State back in 2011. He lasted less than a year in New York before he was waived and later signed by the Bears.
After two years in Chicago, Boggs spent a few months with the Lions before the Cardinals signed him to a future/reserve contract last year.
In 2016, Boggs was active for six games.
