Adam Schefter reports that the Bears are signing QB Matt Barkley to their practice squad.
Barkley, 25, is a former fourth-round pick by the Eagles of the 2013 NFL Draft. The Cardinals traded a seventh-round pick in exchange for him last year.
In 2013, he recorded 300 passing yards, completing 61.2 percent of his throws, but also accounted for four interceptions without scoring a touchdown.
He has only appears in four career NFL games since being drafted.
