Bears Tried Out Four Including TE Clive Walford

The Chicago Bears brought in four players for tryouts on Monday including TE Clive Walford, according to Howard Balzer.

The full list of tryouts includes:

1. WR Marken Michel (CFL)
2. WR Jordan Williams-Lambert (CFL)
3. QB Bo Levi Mitchell (CFL)
4. TE Clive Walford

Walford, 27, is a former third-round pick out of Miami by the Raiders in the 2015 NFL Draft. The Raiders elected to place him on waivers back in April and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Jets.

Walford lasted just a few months in New York and was unfortunately among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason. He recently had a brief stint with the Colts.

In 2017, Walford appeared in 13 games for the Raiders and recorded nine receptions for 80 yards receiving and no touchdown.
