Bears Waive LB Lamin Barrow From Injured Reserve, Sign WR Bralon Addison To PS

The Chicago Bears officially waived LB Lamin Barrow from the injured reserve list on Monday.

  • Brad Biggs reports that the Bears are signing WR Bralon Addison to their practice squad.

Barrow, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2014. He last just over a year in Denver before he was waived at the start of the 2016 season and later signed to the Bears’ practice squad.

Chicago waived Barrow with an injury designation coming out of the preseason and he later reverted to their injured reserve list after clearing waivers.

Barrow is in the second year of his four-year, $2,411,160 contract and stands to make base salaries of $600,000 and $690,000 over the next two years.

In 2015, Barrow appeared in all 16 games for the Bears and recorded six tackles.
