Bengals Place Rookie DE Gaelin Elmore On Retired List

The Cincinnati Bengals officially placed rookie DE Gaelin Elmore on the reserve/retired list on Tuesday.

Elmore wound up signing a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent out of East Carolina following this year’s NFL draft. He actually began his college career at Minnesota before transferring to ECU for the 2017 season.

During his four-year college career, Elmore recorded 53 tackles, 9.5 tackles for a loss, four sacks, a forced fumble, four recoveries and five pass defenses over the course of 36 games.
