Bengals Re-Sign CB Adam Jones To A Three-Year, $22M Deal

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Bengals are re-signing CB Adam Jones to a three-year deal.

  • According to Tom Pelissero, Jones receive a three-year, $22 million contract with $9 million being paid out in 2016.

Jones, 32, played out his three-year contract with the Bengals and will be an unrestricted free agent in the coming months. Despite his age, Jones has actually played pretty well for the Bengals.

In 2015, Jones appeared in 14 games for the Bengals and recorded 62 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, a forced fumble and 12 pass defenses. He also contributed 235 kick return yards and 179 punt return yards. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 16 cornerback out of 118 qualifying players.
