The Cincinanti Bengals announced the signing of RB Bronson Hill to a reserve/future contract on Tuesday.
The Bengals have now signed 10 players futures deal with the other players being:
- LB Jayson DiManche
- WR Michael Bennett
- G Trey Hopkins
- WR Jake Kumerow
- TE Matt Lengel
- LB Jeff Luc
- K Zach Hocker
- DE Dezmond Johnson
- S Floyd Raven
Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and training camp.
Hill, 23, wound up signing on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Michigan back in August of last year. However, he lasted just a few weeks in Buffalo before he signed on to the Bears practice squad. After that, he joined the Dolphins and Saints’ taxi squads before his contract expired a few weeks ago.
Hill has yet to appear in an NFL game.
