Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Bengals are signing supplemental draft prospect DT LaKendrick Ross to a contract Monday.
Ross was one of four eligible prospects in this year’s supplemental draft. However, NFL teams passed on all four prospects. NFLDraftDiamonds.com reported over the weekend that Ross was working out for the Bengals on Monday.
Ross was originally slated to begin his collegiate career at Morgan State, but he would later transfer to Virginia-Lynchburg where he played one season. According to his agent, he was ruled ineligible for 2013 season.
