The Cincinnati Bengals announced Sunday that they have placed G Chandler Burden on waivers.

Burden, 24, originally signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky back in 2012. However, he wound up being released just before the start of the 2012 regular season.
He would later catch on with the the Miami Dolphins before joining the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013. Burden spent a good portion of last season on the Chiefs’ practice squad, but was ultimately waived at the end of the season.
Cincinnati signed to a contract by the Bengals back in early June, but he was a long shot to secure a roster spot.
