Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer reported today that the Cincinnati Bengals brought Adalius Thomas in for a workout. Thomas is familiar with Marvin Lewis’s defense after playing for him while in Baltimore.
Both the Jets and Dolphins brought Thomas in but neither decided to sign him. Cincinnati’s defense has been somewhat disappointing this season after becoming one of the top units last year. The Bengals have been known to take on reclamation projects over the years so there is as good of a chance as any that the Bengals bring Thomas in.
