Bills Activate RB Karlos Williams From NFI List

The Buffalo Bills announced Monday morning that RB Karlos Williams has officially passed his physical and is no longer on their Non-Football Illness list.

Williams received a four-game suspension for violating the league’s Substances of Abuse Policy. He also reported to offseason workouts between 20-25 pounds overweight.

Williams, 23, was taken in the fifth round of last year’s NFL Draft by the Bills. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2,495,352 rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $525,000 for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Williams appeared in 11 games for the Bills and ran for 517 yards on 93 carries (5.6 YPC) to go along with 11 receptions for 96 yards receiving and 9 total touchdowns.
