Bills Bringing In Former Jets WR Jeremy Kerley For A Visit

Adam Caplan of ESPN is reporting that the Bills are bringing in former Jets WR Jeremy Kerley for a visit on Tuesday.

Rex Ryan continues to target former Jets in free agency. Kerley has visited with the Chiefs since being released by the Jets last week.

It’s worth mentioning that signing Kerley to a contract wouldn’t factor into a team’s 2017 compensatory picks.

Kerley, 27, was in the final year of his four-year, $16 million contract that included $5.4 million guaranteed when he was released in a move that cleared $1.3 million cap space for the Jets.

In 2015, Kerley appeared in all 16 games for the Jets and totaled 16 receptions for 152 yards and a touchdown. He also contributed 411 punt return yards.
