Bills Claim G Ike Boettger, Waive CB Ryan Lewis

The Buffalo Bills announced Wednesday that they’ve claimed G Ike Boettger off of waivers from the Chiefs and waived CB Ryan Lewis.

Boettger, 23, wound up signing on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of back in May. He received a three-year, $1.71 million and stands to make a base salary of $480,000 for the 2017 season.

The Bills waived him coming out of the preseason and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Chiefs. Kansas City elected to cut Boettger loose on Tuesday.

Boettger has yet to appear in an NFL game.
