Bills assistant GM Doug Whaley mentioned that the team could be nearing a deal with TE Scott Chandler, via BuffaloBills.com.
“We’re in contact with his representatives and we’re trying very hard to get him back in the fold and get a deal done with him,” said Whaley.
Buffalo is expected to meet with Chandler’s representation at this weekend’s Combine. So far, the team has given every indication that he’ll be back so it would really be surprising to see them not get something done in the near future.
