Bills First-Round OLB Shaq Lawson Returning To Practice Wednesday

Bills HC Rex Ryan confirmed that first-round OLB Shaq Lawson will return from the PUP list on Wednesday and  practice this week, per Mike Rodak. Although, Ryan wasn’t 100 certain Lawson will play in Sunday’s game against the Dolphins.

  • Ryan added that he doesn’t believe WR Marcus Easley (PUP) or WR Kolby Listenbee (NFI) will return to practice this week. (Mike Rodak)

Lawson underwent shoulder surgery a few months ago and was later placed on the PUP list to open training camp.

Lawson, 21, was taken with the No. 19 overall pick by the Bills. He signed a four-year contract worth $10,221,644 to go along with a signing bonus of $5,633,924. The contract will include a fifth-year option for the team to consider in 2019.

During his three-year college career at Clemson, Lawson recorded 123 tackles, 45.5 tackles for a loss, 20 sacks, a forced fumble and a pass defense.
