Bills Hosting LB Will Compton For Visit

John Keim of ESPN reports that the Bills are hosting free agent LB Will Compton for a visit.

This is the first reported interest in Compton since the free agent market officially opened.

Compton, 28, signed on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Nebraska back in 2013. However, the team waived him shortly after and signed him to their practice squad once he cleared waivers.

The Redskins promoted him to their active roster at the end of the 2013 season and he’s spent the past four years on the 53-man unit.

In 2017, Compton appeared in nine games for the Redskins and recorded 19 tackles, one interception, and three pass defenses.
