Jeff Darlington of ESPN reports that the Bills are hosting free agent OT Andre Smith for a visit at some point in the near future. According to Darlington, a potential reunion with the Bengals is also worth watching.
Smith, 30, is a former first-round pick of the Bengals back in 2009. After seven years in Cincinnati, Smith signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Vikings back in March of last year, which included $1 million guaranteed and another $1 million available through incentives.
Unfortunately, Smith’s season ended with him being placed on season-ending injured reserve. He’s once again testing the open market as an offensive tackle.
In 2016, Smith appeared in four games for the Vikings.
