The Buffalo Bills announced that they’ve promoted kickoff specialist Jordan Gay to their active roster on Friday.
Gay, 26, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of Centre back in 2013. Gay later had a brief stint with the Giants before returning to Carolina following the 2014 NFL draft.
The Bills eventually claimed Gay off of waivers. However, he was, unfortunately, cut loose last week before signing to the Bills’ practice squad.
Last year, Gay appeared in 14 games for the Bills and totaled 42 touchbacks.
