Bills RB LeSean McCoy Confirms He’s Out 3-4 Weeks With Grade 2 Hamstring Pull

Bills RB LeSean McCoy confirmed previous reports that he’ll end up missing three to four weeks, due to a Grade 2 hamstring pull, per Mike Rodak.

Mike Garafolo of FOX SportsĀ first reported that an MRI showed that McCoy’sĀ hamstring revealed that he has a new tear, and he was likely toĀ miss 3-4 weeks if he intends on being 100 percent healthy upon returning to the Bills.

Buffalo has already ruled out McCoy andĀ Karlos WilliamsĀ for Sunday’s game, which meansĀ Boobie Dixon is in line to start with Boom Herron receives carries as well.

McCoy, 27, came over in a trade that sent Kiko Alsono to the Eagles. The Bills wasted no time in locking up McCoy to a five-year, $40 million contractĀ that includedĀ $26.05 million guaranteed.

This season,Ā McCoy has ran for 146 yards on 43 carries (3.4 YPC) to go along with seven receptions for 83 yards receivin and a touchdown.
