Bills Re-Sign LB Ramon Humber

Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Bills have re-signed LB Ramon Humber to a one-year, $1.005 million contract.

  • According to Wilson, Humber’s contract includes a $60,000 signing bonus, a $915,000 base salary, and a $30,000 workout bonus.

Humber, 30, originally signed on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of North Dakota State back in 2009. He lasted just over a year in Indianapolis before signing on with the Saints during the 2012 season.

Humber was in the final year of his two-year, $2.085 million contract when he was cut loose in 2016 and later signed by the Patriots. After being released during the preseason, Humber caught on with the Bills and returned to Buffalo last year on a one-year, $900,000 deal.

In 2017, Humber appeared in 13 games for the Bills and recorded 89 tackles, one sack, a forced fumble and a pass defense.
