Bills Waive OT Tyson Chandler With Non-Football Injury Designation

The Buffalo Bills announced Friday that they’ve placed OT Tyson Chandler on waivers with a non-football injury designation.

Chandler, 25, wound up signing on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of back in May of North Carolina State back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but later reverted to the Bills’ injured reserve list after clearing waivers.

Chandler has two years remaining on his three-year, $1.582 million rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $525,000 for the 2016 season.

He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
