Bills Expect To Sign Veteran OT Wayne Hunter

Bills HC Rex Ryan told reporters on Thursday that he expects them to sign veteran Wayne Hunter before the start of training camp, per Mike Rodak of ESPN.com.

Mike Rodak of ESPN reports that former Jets OT Wayne Hunter is trying out for the Bills on Wednesday.

Hunter, 33, is a former third-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2003. He spent three years in Seattle before he was placed on waivers and later claimed by the Jaguars.

Hunter would eventually catch on with the Jets where he remainded for four years. New York traded him to the Rams in return for draft bust Jason Smith in August of 2012.

He last appeared in an NFL game during the 2012 season while playing for the Rams.
