Bills Waive OT Michael Ola, Promote WR Ed Eagan

The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that they’ve promoted WR Ed Eagan to their active roster and placed OT Michael Ola on waivers.

  • Bills signed TE Gerald Christian, CB Joe Powell and WR Mose Frazier to their practice squad.
  • Bills waived WR Corey Washington from their practice squad.

The Bills’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. WR Dezmin Lewis
  2. DB Marcus Roberson
  3. DT Deandre Coleman
  4. OT William Poehls
  5. LB Max Valles
  6. LB Bryson Albright
  7. G Terran Vaughn
  8. DB Damian Parms (Injured)
  9. TE Gerald Christian
  10. CB Joe Powell
  11. WR Mose Frazier

Ola, 28, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Hampton back in 2014. He lasted just a few months in Miami before catching on with the Bears.

After stints with the Chargers, Lions and Seahawks, Ola signed on to the Giants’ practice squad at the start of the season. The Bills later signed him to their active roster towards the end of September.

In 2015, Ola appeared in 10 games for the Lions.
