The Buffalo Bills placed WR Kevin Elliott on waivers Tuesday, according to Scott Brown.
This still leaves the Bills with 11 receivers currently on their roster, so more cuts are coming as the team prepares to get down to 75 by next Tuesday.
Elliot,25, signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Florida A&M back in 2012. He actually appeared in 13 games for Jacksonville during the 2012 season, catching 10 passes for 108 yards.
Elliot later signed to the Bills practice squad in December of 2012.
