Bills Worked Out 3 Players Including RB Mike Gillislee

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Bills brought in RB Mike Gillislee, DB Jocquel Skinner, and DB Robert Steeples for workouts on Monday.

Gillislee, 23, was a fifth-round pick of the Dolphins in the 2013 NFL Draft. He spent just over two years in Miami before he was among their roster cuts at the start of the regular season.

The Cardinals later added Gillislee to their practice squad a few weeks later before cutting him loose and replacing him with RB Robert Hughes

Gillislee hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since his rookie season with the Dolphins.

Skinner, 23, signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Bethel (TN) back in 2014. He lasted just a month with the team before he was waived/injured. However, the Buccaneers later signed him to a future/reserve contract at the end of last season before waiving him before the draft.

The Panthers later signed Skinner to a contract only to release him just a few weeks later. He most recently played for the Lions, but has yet to appear in an NFL game.
