Bills WR Percy Harvin Could Miss “Significant Time” With Latest Injury

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Bills are concerned that WR Percy Harvin could miss “significant time” with his latest hip injury.

  • According to La Canfora, Harvin is “very unlikely” to travel to London with the Bills for their Week 7 match up against the Jaguars.

Harvin is not expected to suit up for today’s game against the Bengals, but it sounds like this injury is worse than initially anticipated.

Harvin, 27, signed a one-year, $6 million contract with the Bills back in March after the Jets cut him loose. Missing an extended period of time could impact his free agent market next year when he’ll be an unrestricted free agent again.

This season, Harvin has appeared in five games and caught 19 passes for 218 yards receiving to go along with five carries and 31 yards rushing (6.2 YPC) and one total touchdown.

We’ll have more regarding Harvin’s timetable as the news is available.
