Broncos Inform Vance Joseph He’ll Return As Head Coach

Adam Schefter reports that the Broncos have informed Vance Joseph that will return to Denver as the team’s head coach for 2018 season.

Joseph, 45, began his NFL coaching career with the 49ers back in 2005 as an assistant defensive backs coach. From there, Joseph worked for the Texans and Bengals before he was hired as the Dolphins’ defensive coordinator for the 2016 season.

The Broncos previously had interest in Joseph regarding their head-coaching job and eventually hired him for the position this past January.

In 2017, Joseph led the team to a record of 5-11 (31.3 percent).
